About the Journal

Human Resource Management Studies (HRMS) e-ISSN: 2798-4419  (Electronic), p-ISSN 2798-4400 (Print) is a peer-reviewed, scientific journal published by Universitas Negeri Padang in collaboration with Aliansi Program Studi Manajemen dan Bisnis Indonesia (APSMBI). The first issue was published on 2021 (prints and online). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to the latest outstanding developments in the fields of human resource management. This journal encompasses human resource management. Theoretical and empirical advances in human resource management studies. HRMS accept manuscript in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to the latest outstanding developments in the fields of management, business, and entrepreneurship. This journal encompasses human resource management and activities within the actual business setting. Theoretical and empirical advances in organizational theory and behavior and international business are evaluated on a regular basis and entrepreneurship fields.

The first issue was published in 2021 (prints). Since 2021, this journal has become an open-access peer-reviewed online journal published by Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. This journal is published four times a year (March, June, August and October) in online and print version.
