Abstract

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji: (1) Pengaruh manajemen karir terhadap kebahagiaan kerja pekerja TVRI Sumatera Barat; (2) Pengaruh manajemen karir terhadap ekspektasi karir pegawai; dan (3) Pengaruh ekspektasi karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. (4) Ekspektasi karir berfungsi sebagai penyangga antara dampak manajemen karir dan kepuasan kerja karyawan di TVRI Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Populasi penelitian yang berjumlah 53 orang adalah seluruh pegawai PNS TVRI Sumbar. Total sampling yang menggunakan jumlah sampel yang sama dengan populasi atau 53 orang digunakan sebagai pendekatan sampling. memanfaatkan kuesioner skala Likert untuk mengumpulkan data Perangkat lunak yang disebut SPSS 18 digunakan untuk proses analisis.

This study identified and examined: (1) The impact of career management on TVRI West Sumatra workers' job happiness; (2) The impact of career management on employees' career expectations; and (3) The impact of career expectations on employees' job satisfaction. (4) Career expectations operate as a buffer between career management's impact and employees' job satisfaction at TVRI West Sumatra. This study is a causal study. The 53 participants who made up the study's population were all TVRI West Sumatra civil servant personnel. Total sampling, which uses the same number of samples as the population, or 53 persons, was used as the sampling approach. utilizing a Likert scale questionnaire to gather data Software called SPSS 18 was utilized for the analysis process.
